Professional Bio

I am President and sole owner of the Corporation of Bristol Developers Inc, a S Corporation.
We Service the metropolitan areas of Tri State since January 2010. I have an associate’s mechanical engineering degree, as well as a bachelor degree in civil engineering technologies from NJIT. I currently hold five (5) various New Jersey Licenses in Environmental Services as well as certificates of approval in Environmental and Public Services for the State of New Jersey. Our company goals are to stay in the main stream of new technologies and governmental supported projects as well as support the private sector in the enviromental field.

Work History

Bristol Developers, Inc. (BDI) Jan 2010 – Present

BDI is an Environmental Contracting Co, providing direct Environmental contracting services and performance of various other Green Energy program as a project facilitator and other related green solution, construction and contracting projects. BDI has also performed as a Homeland Security project facilitator, Environmental underground and aboveground tank services and Environmental property evaluation services, General construction services and General maintenance services including HVAC, Mechanical and Electrical contracting services.

A-Z Developers, Inc. (A-Z) Dec 2000 – Jan 2010

I have been sole owner and manager of the company A-Z since its inception in Dec 2000 when I first set up the company as an S corporation. This company A-Z worked almost exclusively with another Environmental Contracting Company Bristol Contracting, Inc. (BCI) for almost ten years from December 2000 – January 2010. The owner of BCI Mr. Jinesh Sheth and A-Z were exclusive partners in business together sharing all contracts and services that BCI or A-Z acquired. A-Z was the personnel managing operations and onsite supervision of all mutual projects in the business relationship.

A-O Environmental Services (A-O Environmental Services) Nov 1987–Dec 2000

I was the operating manager of an Environmental Service company. We worked under the direct supervision of Able Oil/Able Energy a local Fuel Oil Company servicing the Northern New Jersey area.

The Whitman Companies, Inc. Sept 1980 – Nov 1987

I was hired to perform and enhance the drawing and design aspect and capabilities of the company’s reports and presentations, as well as performing project management services in the field operations of the fast growing Environmental Company. I was instrumental in the hiring and establishing of their drafting and contracting departments operations they currently follow now.

Achievement I have been successful in growing with my most recent two companies from a small start-up company in 2000 to a company with 1 million plus dollars in annually business sales in 2013.
